AVLM assists with finding appropriate suppliers for the product category of your interest and we do in-depth research to ensure the suppliers have the necessary licensing and quality control practices.
We use our trusted databases and evaluate multiple suppliers, to determine the best fit depending on the specifications and criteria that you require for your project.
Product Sourcing
Management
AVLM manages all supplier communication and product specifications when it comes to organising the samples and bulk production process. Our multi-lingual agents work to ensure that products are made according to the exact requests of clients (timelines, packaging, customisation).
Usually before signing off on production, we ensure a sample is tested and approved.
Quality Control and Logistics
AVLM monitors the quality of our clients’ products during and after production by conducting factory visits, post production and preloading inspections before items are shipped.
We arrange door-to-door delivery of LCL, FCL and consolidated shipments. We provide land, sea or air logistics, as well as customer support throughout and even after the goods have been delivered.
